KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Ensure the efficient implementation of the standard working format of Sales Force Team at all store especially the Training Store

  • Work closely with Sales Force Team to ensure the efficiently implementation of the corporate working format
  • Provide the assessment and follow up plan towards Trainees after the training course
  • Involve in Tutor’s business performance follow-up (to corporate with CTG Manager & Store Manager)
  • Manage training activities at Training Store

  • Training plan preparation and implementation management
  • Select, provide training and assess the Tutors at the training store
  • Training delivery : main trainer to conduct most of training programs focused for Sales Force team and CTG Manager (both new store opening and existing stores)
  • From time to time provide the training together with Training Manager Floor of region to Operation
  • Ensure the training quality of the co-trainer from other departments
  • Knowledge review and Trainee’s performance follow-up
  • Coordinate in-store training activities in region

  • Help Store HR to prepare the training plan for Sales Force and CTG Manager
  • Provide the Train-the-Trainer course for each store in region
  • Prepare the development plan for potentials
  • Play a key role in trainees assessment after the training course
  • Contribute to the training design & development

  • New training session design based on the local needs
  • House of Training (HoT) materials adaptation
  • Other projects : To perform related duties and special projects in training and HR as assigned by the manager

    WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

    Internal : All local employees up to managers

    External : Training agencies

    Effective performance of this job requires the person to be really hands-on and persistence to follow through meticulously key steps of the operational procedure.

    Essentially the profile of the job holder should include :

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent qualifications.
  • Master the MM Mega Market business’s operations, preferred the internal candidates
  • Strong in leadership, management
  • Good presentation, communication skill and facilitating skill
  • Good in English, Vietnamese, both in written and spoken
  • Personal quality such as maturity, self motivated, good interpersonal skills, high level of accuracy, strong in organizational and project management, time management
  • Good skills for MS office software (Word, Excel, Power point)
