Assists to monitor and report on the performance of entrusted products against P&L goals, business and customers’ expectations.
Conducting regular and frequent thorough market, competitors and own sales network research, which may include taking surveys, doing desktop research, sending emails and making calls, and even field visits of our own or competitors’ sales network to collect all necessary inputs helping to analyse and understand market trends or to explain performance results found from company reports or raw data.
Promptly documenting, tracking or resolving and answering all product-support / service-related queries, issues, complaints and questions raised by any company department.
Analysing gathered issues, complaints, feedbacks, questions and data to identify opportunities for changes and improvements and presenting them to the Head of unit and / or Product Owner.
Assisting and contributing with a new product releases or changes implementation to the existing products (incl. planning, organization, tracking, etc.)
Creating and refreshing product documentation (incl. marketing materials) and product related training materials and courses for sales / telesales (including participation on trainings).
Work closely with the Head of unit, Product Owner and Development teams to assist in the design, development, UAT testing and bug tracking for the company application(s) to assure the new or existing product related functionalities on the system are running smoothly and as expected.
Creating new products in the system (initial set-up) and changing / maintaining set-up of existing products in the system.
Assigning products to shops & update Subvention rates on Subvention Tool according to the Head of unit / Product Owner or Commercial department requirements
Attending different meetings and workshops and performing high-quality, accurate and timely execution of tasks related to the new products / processes / projects delivery or enhancement of existing ones assigned by Head of unit, Product Owner or Project Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Consumer finance or Banking experience with an understanding of the consumer or Revolving loan products, processes, technologies, etc.
Understands the business and industry dynamics of consumer and Revolving loans products, and is passionate to assist on delivery of new and winning solutions
Ability to analyse vague inquiries and clarify specific tasks, next steps and deliverables
Ability to memorize details like product parameters and specifications, systems, processes, etc.
Ability to collect, compile, track and present complex information / data and various metrics to analyse and understand market trends or to explain performance results
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Fluent English
University Degree (Marketing, Economics & Finance or Banking)
At least 2-years experience at product development or support position in a Consumer Finance company or a Bank
