The role :
The Sales Engineer provides Pre-Sale technical support to the sales team and end user customers, primarily engaged in all facets of Pre-sales technical engagements, ranging from demonstrations, proof of concepts, lab and pilot test implementations, Request for proposal (RFP) responses & Pre- Implementation troubleshooting.
The successful candidate will participate in the development and execution of a technology strategy for Vietnam
Responsibilities :
Pre-sale technical support on a variety of Zebra products to large Enterprise customers. Opportunity to work with and assist a team including Sales, System Integrators, Product Engineers, Program Managers and Senior Sales Engineers to implement Zebra solutions.
Lead technical pre-sale activities on less complex solutions.
Measured on assisting in achieving team sales goal.
Attend technical, product and sales training as required
Learn relevant solution sets, architectures and full product line specifications.
Develop an understanding of relevant competitive solutions, products and services.
Participate in the coordination of technical sales activities related to perspective accounts, partners and / or territory.
Transfer industry, technical, and product knowledge to customers and partners
Set-up and operate equipment for customer demonstrations and evaluations.
Participate in technical presentations for customers, partners and prospects
Requirements :
Engineering degree from a recognized university.
3-5 years of relevant work experience
Good written and verbal communication skills, good listening and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively and add value as a team member.
Demonstrate basic troubleshooting skills.
Must be able to coordinate across various groups and functional teams.
Ability to perform tasks with moderate supervision.
Ability to apply solutions, technology and products to a business opportunity.
