Plan, develop, organize, direct, manage and evaluate the personnel, operations and budget of an supply chain department
Lead and manage planning, purchasing, inventory control, warehousing, and other areas are required
Develop analytics, systems and data management capabilities, including reports
Training, supervision, mentoring, and performance evaluations of supply chain staff
Direct, coordinate, assign, monitor and review the work of individuals engaged in supply chain related duties
Manage vendor relationships (e.g., third party logistics)
Collaborate with staff, other departments, senior management, and decision makers to share information, problem solve, and to clarify management objectives
Oversee organization wide management of the strategic sourcing, procurement, contracting, and evaluation of services
Direct and manage corporate governance and regulatory compliance
Stay informed of advances in supply chain technology and approaches, and apply within the organization to improve supply chain processes
Establish key performance indicators, monitor ongoing performance, and improve performance against set goals
Review, design the supply, purchase system with effective suppliers' performance & cost management
Formulate, implement and manage the stock inventory policy with ERP system
Manage third party logistic vendor against KPIs
Develop and train staff to achieve better efficiency to meet with business's rapid growth
Expand suppliers / sub-contract network, special in packaging industrial
Supervise to Sub-contract, oversea / domestic materials, costing team
Perform other tasks as being assigned.

Job Skills : - Male or Female Vietnamese.
University degree from Universities of Economics, Foreign Trade University, Bachelor in Business Administration or relevant.
At least 7 to 10 years' experience with 5 years' working experience at managerial level in related field at international companies Apparel / shoes and FMCG will be an advantage.
Have previous experience working with international and national procurement deals and have good suppliers qualifying.
Good understanding of operations, particularly on the product development and logistic of Garment / textile company
Good understanding of the mechanism of supply chain management,
Good financial analysis, negotiation skills and the ability to build relationship. Strong leadership and good teamwork
Excellent spoken and written English. Chinese / Korea / Japanese is plus
Experience in implementing ERP system is a plus
