Grade : Risk and Compliance Manager (good Assistant Manager also considered)
Purpose : Identify control risks within the business, examine and evaluate the adequacy of controls available to mitigate those risks.
The role will cover financial and operational, as well as IT risks.
Detailed Responsibilities :
Undertake internal control reviews covering financial and operational and IT risks
Communicate control review results with process owners and management, offer recommendations that are practical and efficient.
Follow up control implementation status with process owners
Review and provide advice on the adequacy of policies and procedures, as well as business continuity plans and make suggestions for improvement.
Assist with the preparation of risk reports.
Conduct risk management workshops to enhance the understanding of risks within the organization.
Carry out ad hoc projects as requested, including process revamp, designing controls for new systems / process etc.
Plan, review and follow up store audit results
Liaise with Group auditors on internal audits.

Knowledge and Experience :
Bachelor's degree plus relevant professional qualification, e.g. CPA.
Sound knowledge of risk management principles
5 years’ experience in auditing business processes and / or IT controls
Big 4 experience will be an advantage
Language and others :
Good command of spoken and written English
Team player, hands-on and self-motivated.
