MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC :
Tham gia phân tích yêu cầu tính năng sản phẩm (web / app khám bệnh online, quản lý hồ sơ bệnh nhân, quản lý kho dược, tính tiền).
Làm việc trực tiếp với khách hàng để nhận yêu cầu. Bao gồm nhiều đối tượng khác nhau : Bác sĩ, Điều dưỡng, bệnh nhân, Kế toán, Dược sĩ .
Trực tiếp tham gia, lên ý tưởng góp ý và xây dựng sản phẩm cùng với cả team : developers, QA, marketing,
Phân tích yêu cầu khách hàng và xây dựng nên mô tả của sản phẩm
Được đào tạo sử dụng nhiều công cụ khác nhau để mô tả luồng làm việc, wireframes, prototypes,
Tổng kết lại các yêu cầu để cho ra tài liệu quản lý yêu cầu theo template
