Your tasks and responsibilities : IT operational support : You will ensure users are adequately supported by IT service providers for day-to-day operations.
You will monitor service levels of IT services provided by IT service providers, ensure they are met, handle escalations when thresholds are breached and track the execution of continuous improvement activities.
You will assist with management & setup of meeting room equipment, mobile devices, PC’s, and related peripherals. You will create and update manuals & end user documentation for knowledge base.
You will enable a digital workforce by providing training to business users on latest technologies to assist in effective utilization of current toolsets like Office 365, OneDrive, and other end user tools.
IT project support : You are the point of contact for global project rollout to the country in ASEAN You will facilitate the understanding and collection of business requirements and, together with IT partners, identify appropriate technical solutions and cost estimations.
You will track new business requirements development lifecycle, prepare, and circulate status reports, coordinate the execution of test scenarios by business teams, ensure that test results are documented, and non-conformities / errors are forwarded for corrections and adjustments.
