In this role, you will :

Impact on the Business / Function

  • Responsible for the development and delivery of the Mobile Banking (Mobile X) and Internet Banking strategy in WPB
  • Initiate, take accountability, and implement digital on-boarding and engagement strategy for Mobile Banking & Internet Banking WPB Vietnam and align footprints with the strategy of Digital Banking Strategy in ASP
  • Be the business driver / administrator / key contact between stakeholders in WPB Vietnam (e.g. : IT, Value Streams of Customer Value Management team, Mobile Banking & Internet Banking Channels Operations, WPB Support, Ops and Process) and ASP WPB
  • Enable transaction migration from branch network / contact center to Mobile Banking & Internet Banking
  • Be responsible for business requirement and business case across related projects.
  • Conceptualize, architect and build relevant reports and management information to improve overall productivity and performance
  • Liaison with partners relating to Mobile Banking & Internet Banking or WPB
  • Localize planning, coordinating with other stakeholders to monitor ATM performance.
  • Customers / Stakeholders

  • Oversight on channel profitability
  • Identify value adding services and digitalized engagement opportunities
  • Incorporate with digital sale and Public Website management to drive leads across products.
  • Help end users to optimize the use of CRM-system platform to drive and deliver growth. This includes the use CRMS (e.g.
  • IS / KET) to build and generate relevant digital dashboard.

    Leadership & Teamwork

  • Present a strong skill in connecting, influencing people while taking a robust execution approach across tasks to ensure deliveries at pace.
  • Dare to lead changes, take accountabilities to grow digital performances.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to direct report staff. Recommend suitable training to improve capability.
  • Assist Head of Digital in managing and reviewing staff performance.
  • Build up teamwork & backup capacity with other functions in Mobile Banking & Internet Banking
  • Lead team-offsite activities in Quarterly basic.
  • Operational Effectiveness & Control

  • Design and build relevant reports and management information to improve overall productivity and performance
  • Comply with internal control / Compliance policies.

    To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements :

  • University (BA) or (BS)
  • Eight to ten years
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and multitasks
  • Having a strong learning attitude, open-minded to embrace differences as well as unpredictable challenges
  • Good aptitude towards analysis and with strong problem solving skills
  • Exhibit strong overall analytical skills and able to creatively think out of the box , can consider fresh approaches of brining the Mobile Banking & Internet Banking experience and capability to the next level’
  • Prior experience in managing mobile application or online banking will have added advantage (but not a must)
  • Candidate who is familiar with WPB system and WPB products will also have a key advantage (but not a must)
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills is a requirement. Must be independent worker as well as a good team player.
