The Associate Marketing Partnerships role is critical in expanding Traveloka Experience’s partner network. He / she is expected to :
Together with the partnership manager, to develop a periodic partnerships program plan for marketing supplier, banking, non-
banking partnerships with several partner categories in the region to fulfill marketing objectives of acquisition, retention, or branding;
Maintain the whole partnership program portfolio, to plan, execute, and optimize several partnership projects under the program plan, and to ensure the achievement of the established target;
Champion negotiation with key partners, create a win-win state in value exchange with partners, create strategy and leverage ways to monetize Traveloka owned media assets to partners;
Maintaining great and sustainable relationship with key partners, hands-on to resolve any dispute / issues with partners, effectively managing partners' expectations;
Supervise the execution of partnership initiatives performed by junior team members, provide coaching on the know-how to junior team members;
Create a process to standardize and scale the administrative / paperwork in partnerships, by liaising and collaborating closely with finance and legal departments;
Accountable for the consolidated cost & benefit reports provided to partners for the projects or program evaluation;
Provision of deep insights to identify how the overall results translate into returned value for short-term and long-term, and to help shape next partnership strategies;
Drive the identification of technological development needed for the overall execution of partnership projects / programs and build the business use cases to help drive the implementation;
Effective stakeholder management with internal marketing cross-channel and cross-departments stakeholders i.e. alignment of objectives, expectation management, periodic review of initiatives, alignment of program execution, and so forth;
Provide the subject matter expertise to the team, and be able to coach and mentor a more junior team members esp. on the know-how.
Degree from Top Universities in Economics, Finance and Business fields;
3-4 years of working experience in a similar role or related fields;
Good command of English and local language both written and spoken;
A negotiator trait;
Being a hustler and prompt decision maker;
Having insider knowledge of travel suppliers mechanics / environment is a plus;
Proven track record in driving a successful and impactful strategic partnership;
Good critical and analytical thinking;
Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and can influence people at the right level;
Strong sense of ownership and accountability, while also pay attention to details;
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in an international team environment;
Result-oriented, multi-tasking and have good book-keeping traits.
