We are looking for a Marketing Manager / Personal Assistant who will work closely with our company's CEO to manage the day to day activity of our Internet Marketing agency.
Our company deals with only a few very large clients based in the USA and Europe, so it will be your responsibility to liase with our client's staff in order to undertake marketing tasks, track their progress and provide reports on the results achieved.
You will be responsible for :
Overseeing the daily tasks of 450 Facebook accounts used to promote our clients online.
Moderating 120 of our client's Facebook groups. This includes adding new members, recording contact details and removing posts that violate the group rules.
Planning content distribution to our client's 640 Facebook Pages. Your main role will be to ensure that content is being published as expected, and to make the necessary adjustments to our scheduling software when problems occur.
Creating progress reports and responding to client requests on the progress of the various tasks we undertake for them.
This will require advanced usage of Google Analytics, Shopify and Facebook Graph.
Researching new methods of social media promotion, content distribution and additionals channels which can serve our client's ecommerce aims.
Train new staff on how to complete daily tasks, and be able to assess their suitability to each task.
Initially you will be required to work full time at our office in Phu My Hung, District 7. However, once you are confident managing the tasks you are given, there will be the opportunity to work remotely for the majority of each week.
As we are a small team, based in multple locations, there is no need to work in a fixed place, or fixed hours. However, we are looking for someone who has the necessary discipline to work independently.

Strong English oral and written communication skills.
Previous experience relating to E-commerce / Online Marketing is preferred.
Excellent organisational skills and prior experience reporting results to management and / or clients.
Abililty and confidence to work independently, and potentially in a remote working situation.
A willingness to solve problems. Training will be provided for all the tasks we undertake, but we expect you in this role to add further value to what we do, rather than just follow instructions.
The climate of Internet marketing is always changing, and we are looking for someone who can solve problems when they arise.
Competency using spreadsheet software (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets etc).
