1. Recruitment : 80%

  • Involve in the whole recruitment process for both local and foreign staff, from working on the job description to on boarding
  • Work with department managers to define the job description and make the JD more attractive to the candidates
  • Efficiently and effectively fill open positions : ensure required recruitment timeline and quality of recruitment
  • Source, shortlist & interview candidates; schedule and prepare interviews; discuss and advise managers on the suitability of the candidates
  • Be responsible for the full utilization of the social media recruitment channels to develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
  • Build network for recruitment to enhance recruitment effectiveness. Develop and cultivate relationships with all levels of management, candidates and external recruiting sources.
  • Develop, plan and participate in internal / external recruiting events, including job fairs, industry conferences, etc.

  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidates
  • Coordinate and implement university recruiting initiatives; develop working relationships within universities to aid in recruiting
  • Control candidate’s database and manage the recruitment website
  • Ensure required weekly, monthly, annual recruitment reports : recruitment status, cost etc.
  • 2. Employee Relations and Retention : 20%

  • Deal with employee complaints and employee relations issues
  • Liaise between employees and management
  • Provide proposals for any issues relating to employee complaints for staff retention
  • Collect and analyze employee data to maintain key persons, and propose retention program to retain staff
  • Conduct exit interviews, maintain data of resignation for analysis and proposal to management if necessary
  • Be initiative in organizing events to connect employees more to enhance collaboration among departments
  • Other duties as assigned by GA&HR Manager, HR Leader

  • Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Have 3 5 years’ experience in recruitment, preferably in a foreign company
  • Have experiences as a recruiter in engineering & construction is an advantage
  • Demonstrate good knowledge of Labor law
  • Good at English skills (writing, speaking, listening and reading)
  • Good at MS office as word, excel, power-point presentation
  • Very good communication skills, interpersonal skill, proactive and high responsible person
  • Good time management and organizational skills, with ability to handle multi-tasks
  • Careful, honest, initiative, and able to work under high pressure
