KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES Detailed job responsibilities Collect and document user requirements from end users Propose system solutions to business users Analyse new project and enhancement requests to meet business objectives Lead business users to prepare Test plan, Test cases and implement User Acceptance Test with business users Coordinate with Group and local IT during the implementation and UAT to ensure the system delivery meets business requirements Follow up with Group IT / Local IT for production issues and enhancements required.

Prioritize requirements with business users Perform other responsibilities and duties assigned by line manager in order to meet operational requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE University degree 2-3 years of experience in business analysis Experience working in a team oriented, collaborative environment.

IT / Insurance background is preferable KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS Good knowledge of IT system design Good communications and interpersonal skills Good organizational, analytical and problem solving skills Experience in Life insurance domain is preferred Good at spoken and written in both Vietnamese and English
