MAIN TASKS 1. Class Management - Support teachers & students in matter of class operation (Public & School Link classes) - Check attendance / equipment / learning materials - Exam invigilation - Do scheduling / timesheet 2.
Customer Service - Follow the performance of students in classes and contact with parents (if needed) - Provide students with essential information and support.
3. Teaching Assistant Management - Support in TA recruitment (advertising, scanning) - Conduct training for TA and manage their performance 4.
