And we need your help to get us there!We are looking for a Business Development Manager, based in Hai Phong City, Vietnam to lead and motivate a team of BD executives to meet and exceed team and individual goals.

Your job is to build a high achieving sales team to identify sales leads, pitch Lalamove’s services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.

We are looking for an individual who can work well under pressure and exhibit a spirit of excellence to join one of the fastest growing intra-city delivery platform in Asia.

What you will do :

  • Sales operations : acquire and onboard business users by maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads, and by developing and nurturing professional relationships;
  • Business development : develop new business opportunities and partnerships with customers;
  • Sales standards : identify, build and enforce Standard Operating Procedures and Policies to support the activity and solve or prevent issues;
  • Performance : lead and develop a high caliber sales team who are driven to deliver results. Regularly track the performance of the team to close deals and retain business users, and build corrective / improving initiatives.
  • What we will need :

  • Minimum 3 years relevant sales / business development experience in a managerial capacity (Startup / logistics industry is a plus);
  • College Degree / Diploma holder;
  • Excellent problem solving, presentation, lead generation and negotiation skills;
  • Proficiency in CRM programs is an advantage;
  • Vietnamese native, with fluency in English and Vietnamese is required.
