Key responsibilities - Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately - Answering , screening and forwarding incoming phone calls - Receiving and sorting daily incoming / outgoing mails of the office - Monitor meeting room bookings - Arrange transportation for staff - Timely inform the Building’s management to fix small facility repairs under the Building’s responsibilities - Hotel booking for staff from other offices to Hanoi - Other tasks as assigned by the Admin Manager Qualifications & Experience - At least 2-3 year work experience, experience working as Receptionist / Secretary / Admin staff at international organizations is an advantage - Pleasant personality, able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations.
