Reportto : Assistant Manager, Claims
Position Objective :
Handling hotline & email of Claims Dept., Handling Claims’ complaints
Process Claims administration daily within TAT and good quality
Roles and Responsibilities :
Communicate with customers, CS, CC and Assessor to process Customer’s complaint
Work as claim administrator : register case, calculate claim value, prepare letter, create payment
Support to make report, enhance claim system and claims procedure.
Contact to CS and Assessor to process jet death as required.
Can join all task of Claims administrative Procedure and backup other users as required, such as : prepare claim letter, resolve long outstanding payment

Job Requirements :
Education University Graduate
Experience At least two years working in Claims team or Customer Service Team of a life insurance company.
Certifications / licenses LOMA certificate 280, 290
Special skills : Good in communication and interpersonal skill, decision-making skill, management skill and planning skill.
Medical background is preferred

Good in English speaking and writing
