Main role : Sales Manager duties (Report to Country head)o Motivating the sales team to achieve the best results possible.
o Setting activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team.o Continual training and development of all members of the sales department.
o Attending key meetings with members of the sales team.o Working on account management plans with the business development directoro Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process.
o Spotting market opportunities for new customers.o Attending monthly meetings with other senior members of the business.
o All aspects of recruitment and selection for the sales department.o Attending industry events and conferences to generate new business leads.
o Acting as a spokesperson for the organisation at sales events and conferences.o Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances.
o Previous experience successfully managing sales teams ideally from a similar industry (prefer banking / insurance experience).
o Professional sales training would be a strong advantage.o Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business.
o Excellent command of written & spoken English and Vietnamese;o Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Power Point.
