I. Job accountabilities :

  • Help Desk Role :
  • Manage the daily IT Service Requests raised from CK stores and office level users

    Provide application support such as e-payment reconciliation between internal CKVN and other partners, sales data importing and reporting.

    Provide feedback / response to service requesters within the possible shortest timeframe, and keep track on the status of the service requested with IT team and external service provider

    Maintain Database of IT Service Requests and provide summary reports to related parties in a monthly basis

  • IT Admin Role :
  • Keep record of IT assets and accessories

    Keep safety stocking of IT assets in transit

    Place Purchase Order to individual supplier on all IT related equipment (h / w, s / w and services) and keep track on the deliverables

    Handle and check supplier contracts, invoices. Make request for IT Manager ( / HOD) to proceed the approval processing

    Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by IT Supervisor / IT Manager

  • Work location : No.08, Phan Van Truong, Dich Vong, Cau Giay, Ha Noi
  • II. Job Requirements :

    Bachelor’s degree or College in IT related subject would be an advantage

    Good skills in data analysis based on Microsoft Excel program

    Have basic skills in Microsoft SQL database in the works of running built reports, data selection

    Effective communication skills

    Good task following up skills

    Good knowledge in Customer focused, teamwork

    Knowledge about POS software is an advantage

    Good English speaking and writing would be an advantage
