The role & key responsibilities
A. Provide full range of administrative support to the Director of School
Serve as a contact point for the Director of School, and for the SEUP in communications with stakeholders across three campuses of RMIT Saigon South, Hanoi, and Danang
B. Staff functions & Events
C. Professional Learning activities - National role
D. SEUP HR coordinate & support
Other responsibilities such as travel arrangements, various database and system access request and update.

English proficiency requirements
If English is not your native language then you will be required to demonstrate a minimum English language proficiency standard at a BULATS Upper Intermediate level (BULATS score 60), equivalent to IELTS (General) 5.
5. RMIT Vietnam will require you to complete a BULATS test to assess your level of English before an offer of employment can be made.
