We are looking for a Customers Success Executive (CSE) to foster a trusting relationship with our customers. This role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, assisting customers to fully adopt the cloud solutions, develop new business ideas and actively identify new sales opportunities.
The CSE's responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and to answer customers' queries
In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience. Ultimately, a successful CSE should collaborate with our sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our solutions and services continuously.
This position may require occasional travel.
Drive adoption across multiple departments and business users
Conducting demonstrations and guiding customers through new and existing features
Provide end users consultation and support to resolve queries and educate on best practices
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customers relationships
Assist with client requests and issue escalations as needed
Develop new business ideas and actively identify new sales opportunities.
Participate in client workshops, presentations, training, events etc.
Be a subject matter expert and work closely with sales to support client proposal development
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Keep accurate records of discussion or correspondence with customers in CRM portal
Ensure own knowledge of company’s solutions, products and service are up to date
Support the marketing team to organize events
Any ad-hoc duties assigned
Candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree
2-3 years of working experience in IT / Sales / Business Process Optimization
