Reportto : Senior Manager, Performance & Rewards

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Be accountable for doing job evaluation for the positions at middle management levels (from band 5 and below) that ensure to be followed by Mercer methodology
  • Do the compensation benchmarking to the market or data analysis to support the compensation and benefit offering (eg. salary, allowance, STI and LTI) to business
  • Propose the salary structure and salary increase matrix every year and provide Total Compensation Review (TCR) guidelines to the line managers
  • Do benefit benchmarking with legislated requirements and the market to get to know the company pay position and conduct research, data analysis about the efficiency of benefit usage, current benefit trend of market to draft the options / suggestions of benefit schemes and prepare operating guidelines as assigned and instructed by the superior
  • Participate in the compensation & benefit surveys, be responsible for data submission and maximize the benefit survey reports to serve the compensation & benefit scheme.
  • Participate in HR projects related to compensation & benefit area and transformation in order to increase the efficiency and increase the internal client satisfaction.
  • Improve / standardize the HR process through studying the current process, and getting to know the market practice on the purpose of enhancing the operational activities smoothly
  • Be accountable for inputting the information (TOM, profile, readiness) into the system to support the OPR (Organizing People Review) program
  • Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements
  • Job Requirements :

  • Education University degree
  • Experience At least 5-6 years of experience in HR field
  • The job incumbent should have a hand-on experience in compensation & benefits, and setting up HR related procedures, policies
  • Special skills : Knowledgeable of Vietnamese Labor Law, data analytics, time management, well organizing, market practice understanding, project management, customer oriented
