Support the Sportstyle Footwear Product processes in Far East (Vietnam & China)
Develop products as well as mid-term category plans that assess fast footwear introductions together with the Teamhead(s) Product Line Management Sportstyle Footwear
Communicate, anticipate and react towards product innovation, market opportunities and eventual product issues in Far East
Work closely with Global Headquarter through consistent updates and reporting back to the Business Unit’s Management
Manage the sandals product line through a process of line planning, internal Design and Development meetings until prototype approvals and launching the lines at international meetings
Conduct overall bench mark analysis, market and consumer research as well as figures analysis
Create, communicate and brief innovative new product ideas (Design & Development)
Present line at key customer accounts as well as International Sales Meetings
Travel extensively, domestically and internationally, continuously developing consumers and accounts, as well as Sportstyle BU key milestones in the Headquarter.

Graduate studies in Business Administration, Sports Management or similar
3-5 years of progressive work experience in product management (Footwear), preferably in the sporting goods / fashion / streetwear industry in an international environment
Deep understanding of Footwear manufacturing, the Sportstyle consumer as well as market and retail knowledge at a global scale
Developed product sense and taste level
Very good communication skills and excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
Very good analytical skills
Excellent MS-Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Flexible team player with good organizational skills and well-structured work.
