Job Description
Reporting to Outsourcing Lead
Documenting Process, guideline,
Arranging internal and external meeting
Following-up demand request from Stakeholder
Collaborating with cross-function and departments to ensure an accurate reporting data and process Assurant
P&L reporting and Finance analysis, including forecast Department’s expense
Supplier management
Support in interview process, on-boarding process
Other tasks if require
Qualifications
University degree in Economic, Business Admin or related subjects
Minimum 1 year experience in relevant job
Good English skills (speaking and writing)
Good knowledge of administration (word, excel, power point )
Personal Skills, Time Management skill, Task management skill
Hard working, enthusiasm, dynamic, self-confidence to meet deadlines,
Well organized, detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
