KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A - Manage and Control Back office to ensure all staffs align with business requirement of Company :
Read Daily / Weekly / Monthly reports related to SLA, Performance, Quality Assurance and give feedback to Subordinates to improve quality and quantity.
Manage individual, team and Supervisor performance metrics including productivity, attendance, quality service, and all administrative functions
Training of staffs and Supervisors to ensure that everyone is performing adequately in their role
Work with others team to create reports to control and improve mistakes of staffs
To ensure all staffs align with company process, procedure, and policies
Set up & review KPI to adapt with business requirements
B - Lead and involve in improvement of Process / Procedure to optimize process and productivity of Back Office
Participate in new projects, new changing system, new process / procedure of Company
Optimize procedure to ensure staffs can work effectively.
Work with process team for new / adjusted process related to Contract Processing to improve the quality and productivity of Team
Identify root causes of issues and put forward proposals to the OPS management team
D Headcount and Budget Management
Make and control Budget of CP Team
Manage budgets and costs effectively in respect of the planning process.
E - Others :
Create and manage CHR related to CP
Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
Create and control motivation program for subordinates
Other tasks are assigned by Head of Operations
JOB REQUIREMENTS
University degree
Experience in 1 of the following filed : contract processing, Library, Logistic, process
Fast learning of overall of process, and other divisions policy, procedure & process
Strong management skill and people relation skill
Well structure oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good Presentation skills
