  • Well control C&B activities in relation to monthly payroll, labor contracts, delivery of C&B programs, labor issues or disciplinary process, internal & external labor reports.
  • Ensure that C&B practices respect local labor law and the policies of company.
  • Design compensation structure in the organization (grading system, job evaluation system, promotion policy, etc.)
  • Design, benchmark, implement and optimize C&B strategies in order to attract, retain talents as well as to drive the achievements of business objectives.
  • Monitor the market and modern trends in the compensation and propose the best practice for implementation in the organization.
  • Design, communicate and implement employees’ benefits programs.
  • Responsible for salary survey, annual remuneration review.
  • Provide recommendations on various pay actions (job offers, promotions, equity increases etc) utilizing survey sources, market references, internal equity, and other data as appropriate.
  • Support HR Manager in developing and implementing of different projects : working regulations, regulations on salary and bonus, welfares & benefits, other allowances, etc
  • Administer company insurances / care, medical check-up and other benefits.
  • Implement and coordinate the performance appraisal process with line managers.
  • Manage, coach and develop C&B member
  • Leads and participate in different HR Projects (besides C&B projects) as assigned by HRM
  • Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • University degree in Law, Business Administration, English or similar.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in similar position with a foreign manufacturing company or JV.
  • Excellent computer skills especially Microsoft Excel, Good English and Vietnamese (spoken & written)
  • Solid knowledge in multiple aspects of compensation.
  • Ability to sense, understand business issues / cultural differences and apply to compensation & benefits design and policies
