l This is Technical Leader role responsible for technical project management and implementation in electronic payment segment and delivering sufficient technical support to other stakeholders.
l A key function will be coordinating with other stakeholders, planning, executing and managing resources and delivery to ensure the project is completed on time with high quality.
l The role is highly technical relation, which requires strong experience in software programming, project management and ability in communication.
Knowledg in electronic payment is prioritized.
l Technical support and reporting tasks and process are also an important part of the role.
POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of Dibee team, you will be in charge of :
l Technical project management :
o Coordinate with other stakeholders and product manager to build up technical project requirement.
o Resource planning and implement management.
o Timeline and Delivery management.
o Source code control.
o Managing outsourced development (if required).
o Liaise with local vendor in monitoring local infrastructure, technical trouble shooting to maintain high service quality.
o Supporting Customer service team to solve customer complaints and enquiries.
o Providing 2nd level of Customer support.
l Product Innovation :
o Understand customer’s needs to create product improvement.
o Researching on new technology for product improvements : user experience, efficiency and effectiveness.
l And other tasks assigned by IT Director to support the company’s business.
SCOPE OF THE POSITION
Once established, it is envisaged that this role will manage an internal developer team and an external outsourced team at 02-03 members and coordinate with infra managed service team.

l Customer service, Sales and Marketing.
l External stakeholders (clients, suppliers, professional organizations, government...) :
l Local vendors : software outsourcing company, hardware & software license provider, service providers (e-invoice, SMS brand, bank, etc.)
l Merchants and clients (in case).
REQUIRED SKILLS AND PROFILE
We are looking for individuals with minimum 05 years experience in a similar role in an international company and / or in electronic payment segment.
Candidates who have specific certificate related to Technical project management are prioritized.
Required technical skills :
Proficient in Microsoft ASP.net MVC form, Microsoft SQL Server and SSRS.
Angular6 / 7, CSS and Bootstrap.
Source control : GIT.
Familiar with AWS cloud services are a bonus.
Solid quality assurance skills.
He / she will also have to demonstrate :
