As the Business Unit Head, you will lead the development and implementation of the local insulin strategy by creating awareness of Novo Nordisk in and amongst the Diabetes Market.
This role will also be responsible for coordinating with the Global and Regional Diabetes team as well as working on a cross functional basis at a local level ensuring that all stakeholder / customer needs and perspectives are taken into account, ensuring that local plans & tactics are prioritised based on largest potential and highest rate of return / investment.
You will be responsible for develop & implement both strategic and tactical local plans (mapping buying process, market segmentation, competitor analysis, market modelling, scenario and contingency planning as well as Investigate private market opportunities) in alignment with Global and Regional directions and deliver both Sales & Marketing objectives as agreed in anchor budget (Sales & Market Share).
As a people manager, you will maintain employee engagement through performance management, coaching and talent development.
If you have pharma or relevant background, with at least 8 year experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing, 5 years in developing strategies and executing on strategic management level, experience with the local diabetes market or adjunct therapy areas and proven people management skills for direct reports and in matrix organisation lines with multiple hierarchal levels, this may be the role for you.
This position requires excellent communication in both Vietnamese and English.
