Position : Education & Training Executive (E&T Executive)
Coordinate the implementation of and providing logistics / administration support to professional Training & Organization Development programs / initiatives to improve the competence and effectiveness of all employees of Projects / DNF e.
g. develop people, performance management, competencies, etc.
Assist in analyzing the factory training needs and establishing and executing training matrix and plan. Exercise initiatives and judgment in handling routine and confidential materials / enquiries.
Provide supports in employee relations area in Projects / Dong Nai Factory (staff events, etc).
Other jobs, projects assigned from HRM are also key for this job.
A day in the life of...
TRAINING AND COMPETENCY DEVELOPMENT
Process training needs analyses in charged departments.
Build and control training budget based on approved training plan.
Manage on-boarding training programs for new hires effectively
Build up database of new training providers / courses / sessions that may help in developing Nestle people.
Responsible for full technical training process such as build up Training Catalog, Training Nomination, Training Budge...
Implement Function Competence Framework to support employee competence development and business required.
Support HRM in tasks, projects of organization development, ensuring the assigned tasks are performed at as highest level of Quality as possible
Responsible for GROW PEOPLE capability building plan at DNF (Technical Operator, Trainer, SME)
INTERNAL TEAM SUPPORTING
Monitor and ensure Factory HR KPI update timely and fully.
Other events as assigned by HRM (Team Building, Long Service Award, Teacher day ect,)
PARTICIPATION SUGGESTION, GOAL ALIGNMENT COMMITTEES
Actively participate in the committees as their member and HR representative; Applies practices at HR team.
What will make you successful
Bachelor Degree (in Human Resources Management or Business Administration field is preferred).
Minimum 2 years experience in Training & Development (Technical en
Good command of spoken and written in English.
Computer and system knowledge.
