Job Description :

  • Establish relationships and understand customer business to provide appropriate solutions for our customers.
  • Define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives.
  • Find opportunities and build credibility with customers; and increase overall performance of the organization by creating strong customer relationships and new customer partnerships within your defined area.
  • Develop and maximize Yokogawa presence and market share in designated accounts.
  • Maintain key executive relationships. Consistently identify new business opportunities for sustained profitable growth.
  • Help drive integrated solutions sales that bring together both hardware and software products
  • Contribute to the larger team through the application of new products, principles, theories, and concepts in your field of expertise to develop unique solutions for customers.

    Experience Required :

  • Experience : 3-5 years in Automation Business
  • Background : Electrical, Electronic or Automation, Mechatronic
  • Languages : Have N2 in Japanese, writing and speaking in English.
  • Have Bachelor Degree, it would be nice if you are graduated from Technology University.
  • We value :

  • Experience in working / or selling L3 (APC, OTS Solutions, Simulation solutions, EMS, CMMS) and / or L4 solutions such as MES, Supply Chain, IIOT Solutions, Industry 4.0, ERP,...
  • Experience in working / or selling software solutions delivered through Cloud, SaaS, and traditional software commercial models.
  • Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
  • Understanding of Pricing Strategy and negotiating terms and conditions, price with customers.
  • Strong organizational and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated leader with a mature, positive attitude and a passion for working with customers to drive outcomes.
  • Nice to have :

  • Candidates who have worked with Japanese customers, Japanese market before.
