Mastering of all data sources & their utilisation as an enabler to the market activation (VNKH) of strategies of ASEA Zone
Provide analytical support for decision making and resource allocationCountry level Sales target trackingCountry level SIP
Manage database systems and data providers in alignment with zone best practicesOwn measurement & analytics program across all investments
KEY RESULTS / ACCOUNTABILITIES
Able to bring together a country view of performance using internal (SISO) and in-market dataMonitor and identify new / additional source of information that can be leveraged including possible e-commerce retailer dataBe the key point of contact for the Zone Growth Performance Head on the integrity of local data.
Support any clarification, remedial actions required.
Track market performance and execution; track performance on key operational priorities (including TRAX / RTZ operational management) in collaboration with Zone / Regional Growth Performance hubs Bring forward analytical insights to in-market teams, including customer leads and marketing leadsPerformance on input drivers, Channel performance, Sub-CategoriesMeasurement of investment including mediaMeasurement of distribution and commercial investmentsProvide a clear and complete and unbiased view on performance connecting insights coming from financial data, market data, media data, commercial dataProducing our KPI tracking and performance monitoring reports to support the overall business objectives.
Sales targets : support the process of Country level target setting, tracking aligned with business objectives and tacticsOperational management of SISO data collection and managementOperational management of SIP / SFE (as per market requirements)
Build competitive scans as required leveraging various internal or external resourcesBring together the cross-functional effort on Competitive Intelligence to create a clear picture of the in-market competitive players (across understanding in the market data, customer teams, marketing teams etc.
Own price-volume-NPD activation in the zone including running the workshops with multi-functional team and providing input into the pricing calendar.
Coordinate and work with other Growth Performance Leads / Managers leading data capabilities for the zone on particularly piecesOwn the measurement plan for the country including A / B testing, Digital investments, Result of Media heavy-ups, Channel or Trade investmentsUnlock commercial opportunities and improve forecasting accuracy
