HR Generalist

  • Recruitment :

  • Identify, connect or network candidates to build-up strong database in the market
  • Work with recruitment agencies to get the jobs posted on the company's website (if any), job boards, and social media
  • Manage university recruitments, such as job fair
  • Act as a consultant to candidates and passionately share our company’s values
  • Facilitate English and off-line tests and facilitate interviews with managers
  • Maintain daily updates on recruitment
  • Entry & Exit & Transfer Management :

  • Manage new joiners, prepare on-boarding package, collect documents and communications
  • Manage exit process, collect confirmation of leave details timely and keep professional HR operation in process
  • Update entry & exit & transfer information in global & local systems
  • Employee Data Management :

  • Collect employee data query and response accordingly
  • Attendance Report to Payroll Team
  • Manage data change & identify needs for mass data change in systems
  • Notify external third parties if applicable
  • Make sure system employee data accuracy and timely
  • Other HR admin task :

  • Office Administrative Work
  • Update directory / organizational chart / layout
  • Update labor laws & other legal requirements relating to HR
  • Organize events / activities of the company
  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • 1-3 years relevant working experience
  • Familiar with HR related law and regulation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent English active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Well organized, proactive with positive attitude
  • Open to learn, adaptable and flexible
  • Hard working, persistent, highly trustworthy, accurate
  • Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
