Responsible for using and analyzing KPIs to improve daily operations and realize productivity improvement target in a hands-on manner.

Convert analysis into concrete improvement actions in cooperation with local management and align planning with global / area SEB functions and Process Owners.

Together with Maintenance Operations Managers set and follow-up targets according to Field Operations Management Model

Train and coach Supervisors and Maintenance Operations Managers in usage of maintenance tools, processes, KPIs and targets

Accountable for route optimization, capacity planning, maintenance profile optimization in the FL

Actively contribute to the future development plans of the maintenance business at FL level and collaborate with area and global teams to further improve global solutions and processes

Drive the implementation, utilization and constant improvement of the KONE Way (KW) business processes and tools in the FL to become part of daily operations (e.

g. MBM, Traction Control, operational reports, Supervisor Role and Mobility etc.) Responsible for making sure that Maintenance Operations Fundamentals are in place and follow up in the FL

Coordination with key stakeholders : Maintenance Operations Managers, Maintenance Supervisors, THD Manager, KC3 Manager, VA Director and Sales Managers to ensure development of maintenance operations

Requirements

University degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent

Prior working experience required in maintenance operations or in comparable business environment

Experience in Project Management and benefit realization

Prior experience in Business Performance Management is seen as an asset

Prior Experience of ERP or other reporting solutions is seen as an asset

Good understanding and usage of data analytics

Ability to drive continuous improvement in operations

Good communication skills
