Now we’re looking for Regional HR Manager (APAC) to bring your talent to Softline Vietnam. You’ll be a part of our Sales team.

What You’ll Do :

  • Acts as a trustworthy advisor for VP of the region in all HR related issues
  • Managing HR Team (HR Generalists and TA Team) of both parts of Vietnam and Malaysia as a leader, mentor, senior advisor
  • Preparing HR Budget of the region, participating in business planning, organizational development, and changes
  • Makes sure global HR Strategy is localized, compliant to the local laws and implemented
  • Acts as a senior HR consultant in the team for the managers and employees that raise complicated HR issues requiring high qualification
  • Acts as the member of the Global HR Team implementing in place all the central initiatives coming from COEs
  • Proactively supports the delivery of all HR Processes, Policies and Procedures in the region
  • Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally
  • Actively identifies gaps, proposes, and implement changes necessary to cover risks
  • Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management
  • Designs succession plans for key talents and key job positions
  • Profile requirements :


    Minimum of 7-10years of HR professional experience. Strong in HR Generalist role and people management, deep knowledge of the latest HR practices, regional legislation, changes in the HR World and deep interest to the profession and its evolving.

    Good knowledge of C&B, motivation schemes and retention practices will be a significant plus.

  • Competent at establishing & maintaining relationships at all levels
  • Well organized; detail oriented; self-starter; strong initiative; calm demeanor (volume & timelines)
  • Ability to work independently and to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
