Marketing Manager at Glints
Plan all digital marketing, including SEO / SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Lead and Manage a team of 5-10 to achieve all marketing goals.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing activities and campaigns.
Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
Align with company strategy or direction and translate into digital marketing programs.
Develop compelling proposal on digital technology investment that creates long-term, sustainable and increases competitive advantage.
Responsible on team human capital development (resource hiring, talent development).
Be the main driver to enable scalable operation, innovations, technical leadership in digital marketing & marketing technology.
Drive alignment of program execution within the other marketing team.
Requirements (Must Have)
Passion in data-driven marketing
Proven working experience in digital marketing
Led a team of at least 3 people
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Solid knowledge of marketing & analytic tools
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Requirements (Nice To Have)
High level proficiency in Excel, SQL and data analytics is a plus.
Experience in Internet or Platform companies
