The HRBP Manager is responsible for partnering with business leadership team to ensure professional HR service delivery and drive people agenda to ensure people stay engaged, motivated and committed to contribute to the growth of the company.
The job holder will play critical role for our business success and growth of our talents.
The job holder will be accountable and responsible of delivery the followings :
Work with Head of Department and Talent Acquisition regarding the Headcount Plan to ensure this is aligned with business plan;
keep track and monitor this headcount plan throughout the year to ensure department is resourceful to function
Assist and support Talent Acquisition to recruit key critical positions and ensure that our staff have great onboarding experience with the company.
Act as focal contact point to ensure that staff understand the company direction, department structure and operations to perform the best to their success.
Partner with leadership team to identify challenges of their operations and implications to talent development to build retention program through employee satisfaction survey and feedbacks session
Develop employee recognition program and engagement activities to ensure staff are motivated, engaged and committed to the growth of business.
Responsible of conducting and managing performance management system, provide coaching and training to staff regarding objectives setting;
performance evaluation and collaborate with L&OD & Line Manager to identify skills gap and propose career development plan to address gaps.
Responsible of employees relations related to performance improvement plan, employee disciplinary, act as contact point to address employee issues and concerns.
May perform other duties and tasks as assigned

Ability to quickly understand the business strategy and team dynamics and apply the knowledge in selecting and developing talent
Solid knowledge on KPI setting and measurement; performance management system
Experience in job evaluation, build competitive compensation and benefit structure, HR policies and procedures best practices
A strong communicator with effective listening, presentation and influencing skills
Good team player with strong interpersonal skills and can work under pressure
Quick learner with a positive and pragmatic attitude as well as an excellent sense of priority
Customer focused with good organizational sensitivity, collaborative and change agile
Excellent relationship building and influence skills
Ease working independently as well as collaboratively
Proven ability to effectively manage projects
Demonstrates resiliency working in an environment of ambiguity, constant change, and conflicting priorities
