Marketing Director (Vietnamese)
HCM - Binh Duong, Vietnam)
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for :
Develop & deliver annual marketing strategy in accordance with company strategy.
Lead marketing team to develop marketing activities by SBU (Chocolate, Bakery & Patisserie) and by LOB (industry & ice cream, foodservice, supermarkets, and artisans & distributors).
Develop annual marketing budgets and ensuring the expenses is within the budget.
Attract, develop, and retain the best people and foster an environment that allows the team to fully use its capabilities in achieving desired business results.
Drive the country towards marketing excellence through the adoption of the Regional and Groups Product Management and customer engagement framework.
Lead marketing team to launch international & local innovations and to exchange best practices with other countries in the region, and in coordination with the Sales, Technical and R&D team.
Lead marketing team to develop and execute annual communication plan, customer events (innovation days, exhibitions, seminars, trainings, and fairs), sales and marketing tools & ensuring these to be distributed through the right internal / external channels.
Lead marketing team to collect market intelligence information in coordination with Business Development team, and from there translate these market intelligences into actions in developing market opportunities and / or up-date the product mix.
Drive the innovation strategy and manage innovations roll out in the country liaising with regional marketing.
Demonstrate & live up the Puratos Magic culture within the company.
Undergraduate or Graduate in Marketing / Business (preferably in B2B food)
Minimum 10 years working experience in a similar capacity.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Other skills and knowledge : Presentation skill, coaching skill
Strategic and visionary in approach to the business.
Strong analytical capabilities, creative and strategic problem solving skills, and the ability to lead a team while being easily adaptable to change.
Innovative mind set with the drive and energy to motivate and encourage R&D, sales and marketing teams
An outstanding ability to strategically influence, build effective relationships across all organizational levels and also possess excellent communication skills
Strong background in product management
Good experience and skills to read and translate marketing intelligence into actions
