The Senior Project Coordinator will proactively support and coordinate with the Internal Affairs Director and the Project Manager in managing projects at group level.

The scope of work may include but not limited to : project planning, resources coordination, monitoring and evaluation, data analysis and report preparation.

1. Internal Projects

  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring
  • Technical feasibility
  • Coordinate internal resources for the smooth execution
  • Ensure that project’s outcomes are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Report periodically to management
  • 2. External Projects

  • Assist in preparation of presentations to customers or end-users and periodical reports to our Business Partner
  • Study and update information on competitors' presence, products and activities in relevant Projects
  • Participate in budgets analysis and help determining customer’s flexibility on budget
  • Assist in the promotion of business partner’s image and solutions for the Project(s).
  • Study and update information on governmental institutions and professional associations
  • 3. Other tasks as assigned by the Internal Affairs Director

    1. Knowledge

  • Bachelor or higher degree in Business Administration, Economics, Project Management, Internal Audit... (prefer candidates who graduated from Foreign Trade University, National Economics University & foreign education organizations)
  • Strong Business Acumen
  • Knowledge of project management methodology and framework
  • Good knowledge of Laws
  • Fluent English
  • 2. Relevant Experience

  • Experience working at the same position
  • Prefer candidates with working experience in large, complex projects and / or MNCs
  • 3. Skills

  • System thinking, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good project management skills, include planning, coordination, execution, M&E and reporting
  • Strong business analysis skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • 4. Other requirements

  • A strong can-do attitude with a strong drive for results
  • Willing to go beyond functional boundaries
  • Highly responsible, well-organized, dare-to-lead characters
  • Ability to work under pressure
