KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support NS Development Manager & dealers in POS opening process communication with dealers and DSMs and Sales Admin team on collecting the necessary documents, making sure process in HomeSIS for POS opening runs smoothly, help to coordinate the RA activation process in between HR, IT and Sales Training team

Help to solve different operations issues which dealers may have, such as customer’s complaints, collecting the subvention and reconciliations of data for purpose of subventions calculation

Collect all information of competitors’ new promotions, bonus scheme of segmented dealers and make appropriate proposal to KAM to deal with timely.

Propose sales activities, changes in segmented dealers to improve performance on monthly basis.

Monitor daily / weekly / monthly sales performances in in charged dealers and propose action plans to hit targets.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

University Degree

Experienced in sales or admin works

Good at presentation, negotiation, communication skills in Vietnamese and English both written and spoken

Business analysis skills; ability to interpret / analyze data and apply this

Initiative / innovative / flexibility / proactive, passion to growth

Open-minded, creative, result-oriented, hard-working, team work

Cooperation, negotiation , presentation skills

Good sense to give challenges, inputs to staffs and all branding layout as well

Concern for detail and accuracy is a must have

Friendly, can work in team is a must have
