JOB DECRIPTIONS

  • Generate channel / customer / shopper insights in channel and driving innitiatives
  • Work with Sales / MKT / CAT to build a winning strategy based on customer & shopper insights to drive channel growth
  • Work with MKT to build brand matrix by sub channel - POP by customer based on Shopper’s P2P and retailer / customer insights.
  • Build full year trade load & superior visibility plan by sub-channel & lead execution & evaluation the effectiveness of investment
  • Work with TMKT Operation & Trade compliance to drive effective deployment and quality
  • Work with procurement to drive productivity and ensure all visibility / TOT deploy OTIF.
  • Work with Sales team to get feedbacks on plan and insights of market / customers
  • Other ad-hoc customer plan to support for business
  • Develop and coach direct reports
  • Other tasks assigned by LM
  • REQUIRES :

  • At least 04 years of work experience in Marketing / E-Commerce (Grab, Momo, Now,..) / Trade Marketing, FMCG preferred.
  • Opportunities open up for for Senior assistant manager / Senior Business Development Leader / Senior Key Account Manager and Sense of innovation, driving people
  • Planning skill, ideas, dynamic and knowledge about Food Delivery (Beamin, Grab Food,..)
  • Trade Marketing knowledge and understanding of retailer / shopper behavior / insights.
  • Analysis skill. Able to translate from data into insights.
