Job Description

  • Responsible for spearheading digital marketing strategy for Vietnam and collaborate with CRM, Brand Marketing to implement & achieve digital media plan KPIs.
  • Head the digital Marketing function to build an effective team, establish the criteria for success, monitor and ensure the performance
  • Create digital marketing strategy to support the marketing and retail strategies to drive the business growth
  • Manage digital MKT budget
  • Execute digital marketing campaigns according to the Marketing plan, including SEO / SEM, paid social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Work closely with agencies for digital visual contents on social media platforms in accordance to the Marketing plan
  • Brainstorm new ideas that connect and enhance the offline efforts to online digital presence
  • Formulate online MKT strategies and driving media and KOL / influencer engagement campaign
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on insights
  • Supervise retail digital Marketing & performance of website
  • Requirements :

  • Education : University degree in business administration / marketing / relevant fields
  • Minimum 4 years in Management role of digital marketing
  • Basis : fluent in English both speaking & writing;
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads,SEO / SEM, and other digital MKT platforms, tools
  • Strong leadership skill set
  • Excellent analytical mindset, critical thinking, result driven
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills and cross functional collaboration
  • Excellent project management skills
