Job Description

Bosch Car Multimedia (CM) team is looking for full-time Scrum Master working at Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

The CM team develops high-quality, state-of-the-art Automotive Head Unit and Home Appliance Linux / Android-based systems.

Together with other Bosch locations worldwide, we provide software solutions for navigation, vehicle functions, autonomous driving, camera, and IoT features to the car marker.

Our team also contributes to Bosch smart home & IoT solutions through SW delivery to Home appliance products.

As a Scrum Master, your typical work activities include :

Guide the Scrum team in the agreed Agile process will be followed properly in the team.

Remove impediments and create a connection among scrum teams, which are in different geographic locations & time zones, in Germany & India, in order to exchange tasks' status & requests from other Scrum teams.

Accountable for the quality of agile ceremoniesincluding daily scrums, sprint planning, showcases and retrospectives, and roving constructive and timely feedback to delivery team members and stakeholders.

Ensure the delivery team commits to their definition of done.

Qualifications

The job might be fit for you if you have :

IT background is required, with the understanding of software development lifecycle.

At least 2+ years recent experience as a Scrum Master

Presentation and facilitation skills.

Experience in using Project Management systems (Jira / RTC ) is a plus.

Data analysis skills (eg, charts, diagrams, metrics analysis).

Good English communication skills, be able to interact fluently with worldwide stakeholders.

To be successful in the role you should demonstrate pragmatism in your approach and be sensitive to the environment that we operate in, using your skills and knowledge to appropriately influence the delivery approach.

Nice to have

PSM or equivalent certificate.

Experience with Scrum-of-Scrum model or SAFe framework.

Experience in international stakeholders management and across-teams communications.
