Main Purpose of Job : This position is responsible to ensure the compliance of Field Sales Team in execution of Company's Standard Operating Procedure (SoP), internal policies, and guidelines.
This person uses auditing skills to review behaviors in executing sales procedures, policies, guidelines and detect wrong behaviors relating on field sales activities of Sales Team.
This role also ensures determining the areas of problem or opportunities and recommending the plan of action to improve the sales compliance.
Key Outputs :
Define audit plan, lead to organize and carry out internal audit work on the field sales activities of the Sales Team in terms of :
1. Sales Working Process discipline and compliance : All level from DSR to SRSM : Working Process, Working Plan, Sales Factory, Promotion / Display compliance / Price, DMS and Non DMS faithful data, sales performance, Incentive, route compliance
2. Distributor : TTS compliance, Display payment compliance, Warehouse best practice, stock management, Long term partnership (LTP)
3. Market : Promotion / display compliance, faithful data
Prepare and present reports (verbal and written) that reflect audit results, the findings and their impact on policies / procedures and field sales activities of the Sales Team, in a professional, clear and concise manner
Reduce no. of non-compliance behaviors through action plan and follow up audits
Build and develop internal audit process, distributor / sales / markets compliance standard
Make recommendations on the systems and procedures being reviewed
Identify market risks and opportunities to improve and make recommendations to help manage and control such risks and support the Company’s approach to continuous improvement.
Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding : rules, regulations, best practices, tool, techniques and performance standards.

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economics or relevant;
3+ years experience in sales / internal audit / internal control; previous Sales Audit experience in a FMCG Company, would be added advantage
Highly numerate and analytical, able to summarise and assimilate information to understand issues and support good decision making
Have the experience and gravitas to work with and be able to challenge strong individuals and teams and to influence senior management for competing priorities
Determined approach to get to the root cause of issues and make evidence-based recommendations, with a professional curiosity and a drive to get things right
Having field sales experiences is preferable;
