1.Biz & Product Planning & Strategy

Be in charge of 4 Audio & PlayStation categories

Lead product marketing team to build business directions, product strategies, define product portfolios & positioning, set up business & marketing plans, and execute to grow related categories to achieve biz KPIs for both top-line & bottom-line

2.Demand Creation

Understand deeply the target customers of key products / segments to build the directions on where and how to approach, convert and win them

Align with Marcom or other related departments to build communication plans including online / offline activities to approach targeted consumers

3.Financial Management

Be the owner of V&S / Game categories' P&L

Manage all the financial KPIs including sales, all the spending such as commercial investment, advertising budget, and any other costs to ensure profitability

4.Operation Improvement

Lead PM team to carefully monitor PSI by model by channel for each category to push sell-in or control internal / market inventory when necessary to avoid losing sales opportunities as well as maintaining healthy inventory

Work closely with Sales & Retail teams to enhance distribution / retail channels in terms of listing, display, channel marketing activities to have dominant visibility at the channels for both online & offline

Improve business fundamentals such as keeping monitoring working processes with cross-functional teams, forecast process, operation workflow to increase work efficiency when necessary

5.Team Enhancement

Understand each team member's capability to have proper assignment to maximize potential

Identify and use suitable approaches for each member depending on member's capability and situation : training, mentoring, coaching

Build teamwork, positive atmosphere & fair culture in the team

Discuss with team member to have clear and realistic career plan with specific timeframe.


  • University degree in Marketing or related field
  • At least 8 year experience in product / trade marketing and 3 year experience in the same position. Experience & knowledge in Electronics / IT is preferable.
  • Good data management & analysis skills. Financial acumen.
  • Very good command of English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Good at Excel
  • High self-awareness. Positive thinking.
  • Result-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels across departments and functions
  • Ability to think in a creative and strategic way, but adept at delivering operationally
  • Paying good attention to details
