Main duties :

Perform fund / IMA operations such as NAV and performance calculation, position and cash management / reconciliations, corporate action, account opening, trade settlement, deal contracts and reporting etc.;

Maintain data track record for assigned funds;

Liaise with internal or external parties, such as Legal & Compliance, Sales & Marketing, custodians, prime brokers, fund administrators etc.;

Support new business, new product development, system configuration, system support and implementing control;

Ensure that all deals execution, accounting / reporting and funds related policies & procedures are in line with the compliance and regulatory requirements;

All other tasks as assigned;

Escalate issues to the line manager where necessary.

Requirements :

Degree holder in Finance / Accounting or related disciplines;

Minimum of five years hands on fund operations experience / fund accounting in Asset management / fund administration;

Good understanding in investment operations workflow and with strong experience in open-ended funds;

Familiar with financial products in bond, equity, ETF;

Good command of written and spoken English;

Strong attention to detail, clients-oriented mindset, self-motivated, keen to learn, good team player, excellent communication.
