Play a vital role in agile team to work directly with key business owners to sufficiently collect business requirements, analyze, prioritize then propose proper system solutions to business users.
Together contribute with both Global and Local IT Team during the project implementation and UAT to ensure system delivery meets business requirements.
Oversee & monitor production issues and drive enhancements to bring impactful digital financing solutions applications to millions of users
Directly involve in business projects under mentorship of line manager, buddy and other top business leaders to explore & drive technical readiness for adoption of new technologies.
Final-year student from top-notch universities (preferably Software Engineering, Computer Science major or relevant) with GPA from 3.
0 / 4.0 OR fresh graduate with less than 1 year of work experience
Passionate in applying new technologies to transform business
Be interested and continuously curious in business, process and eager to learn in financial service domain.
Proficient in English to well communicate in our multi-cultural environment
A confident, crystal-clear communicator and detail-oriented to every assigned task for best results delivered
Effectively work both in a team and on your own.
Good logical, critical thinking & problem-solving to detect the business situation then propose positive changes.
