Objective
Monitor the development of marketing plans, marketing campaigns for the company to enhance the products and services’ values to customers and popularize the company’s brand name among Vietnamese consumer finance market
Responsible for leading, managing Marketing Department in daily activities to ensure they can operate sufficiently
Planning / Budgeting
Manage the development & implementation the organizational marketing plans to maximize sales, popularize the company brands as well as enhance customers’ satisfaction
Monitor the marketing projects & campaigns and action plans implementation for full cycle of products from initiation to result evaluation.
Day to day activities
In charge of Marketing Department’s activities including training, evaluation and motivation tools
Cooperate with Product Development Department and Sales Bureau to contribute ideas to new products development projects to ensure they can penetrate successfully in the market
Follow up the other competitors’ marketing campaigns as well as update the market trends
Contribute ideas to new product development projects to ensure these products can penetrate successfully in consumer finance market
Follow up other competitors’ marketing campaigns as well as update the market trends to support for the company’s product improvement as well as create new superior marketing campaigns
On-going support the distribution network development to ensure the process are implemented sufficiently and broaden company’s network
Manage the monitoring process of POS materials merchandizing, ops marketing, Market research, support in finding new customers through digital, social network channel ..etc
Perform other tasks assigned by Director of Business Development

Experiences :
Min. 3 years of working experience in banking area
Min. 5 year of experience with marketing
Min. 5 years of experience of project oriented work

Language requirements : English fluent, Vietnamese as an advantage
