Leading design team for direct project services; Under support of Specification & LiAS manager, you will handle the co-operation of design / project team

What you’ll do
Explains how to achieve desired light effects / levels with products in our portfolio
Assesses potential application of company products to meet customer's needs
Develop and maintain good working relationships with key influencers within the Lighting specification community
Prepares detailed designs and layouts for the implementation of an appropriate lighting solution
Supports in achieving Sales targets
Train agents / value added partners on new product launches
Partner with agents / value added partners to make joint calls with specifiers
Recognized as subject matter expert on photometry and product performance
Collaborates effectively and efficiently with colleagues and departments.
Proficient in lighting application techniques; Lighting Application Knowledge
Sets design direction for several categories (specialties) aligned with customer needs and Philips Lighting business strategy.
Leverages standard practices
Experience in Contract management & Project Management
Customer centric with ability to adjust plans and actions to meet changing market / customer needs
Graduate of Electrical Engineering, architecture or related degree
Excellent communication and presentation skills both in Vietnamese and English
