Job ResponsibilitiesDMS System / tools readiness & improvement- Set up & maintain master data Master data (DT information / salesmen information / route.
Inventory matching / discrepancies reconciliation- System auditing Functionally test all systems deployed (with real sales scenarios) to ensure integrity of the data and the system;
Check process & preparation- Trouble shooting Reconcile HH & DMS back office Liaise with Global user supporting team on live issues / service ticket raising & follow-up.
Provide periodical training for DMS Distributor admins, sales Team and Regional admins; DMS User supports- Account setup & supports : HH installation (new / routine.
Reset HH (pass / unlock )- Provide DMS information / guide (during claims..)- Provide initial training for new developments;
Set up DMS promotions Upload approved promotions / amend promotion mechanism where arisen Cross check ordering vs mechanism / Lexia control / reconciliation Monthly setup promotions / Claims as Commercial Team ’s request- Support distributors in term of software / HH with cases escalated from DMS Distributor admins, sales team and Regional admins Others, but not limited to,- Project based tasks- Assignments by DMS manager where appropriate Reporting Relationship : - Report to DMS.
Coordinate with Sales team & regional administrators / Distributors / Lexia budget owners on promotion schemes / Commercial team / Global user service supporters.

The employee must meet the following minimum job requirements to successfully perform the job : - Understand DMS system in back office roles- 1 to 2 years’ experience in system service supporter / master data roles- Database skills- Excel skills- Communication skills ( Vietnamese / English )
