Take part in talent selection process for the company as a technical interviewer
Lead and motivate the team, supervise and evaluate team members, provide them with valid and constructive feedback, supportive and professional mentoring
Handle resource augmentation project and take main responsibility for people management with Feedback and Service level engagement
Deploy resources for projects with attention in balancing Resource Pyramid
Conduct GPD and execute Competency Development for associates
Provide resources for Competency Enhancement projects and build in Project-specific
Identify and resolve risks, issues and conflicts to ensure quality control throughout the project life cycle
Manage the technical aspects of the project tasks and performs reviews
Ensure the KPIs (Q,D...), Input for Billing and cost utilization
Enhance customer engagement and provide support in Customer / project acquisition Focus productivity improvement by taking initiative in improving on reporting, processes, and workflow and customer outcomes
Adhere to QMS or customer processes to guarantee software development standards and practices are compliance with company processes.
Actively participate as a leader in company to contribute to building up Bosch company culture
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Automotive Embedded Software Development
Deep knowledge and hands-on work in Project Management in Embedded areas
Solid knowledge along with practical experience in Embedded C / C++, Micro-controllers and Micro processors
Good communication skills in English (both oral & written)
