Key Accountabilities (Allocate the percent of total working time spending on each accountability, which should add up to 100%) Project management support : (45%)

  • Manages management’s expectations, bringing issues / concerns to clients' attention before they become problems, offering potential solutions, and advising of potential delivery delays;
  • Communicates to team and management on project development, timelines and results to meet team goal.
  • Drive Agile execution in terms of Sprint planning, Sprint goals update and Jira user stories management update.
  • Business Analysis : (35%)

  • Be a key bridge among Marketing, Operations and IT departments.
  • Command business requirement analysis
  • Support architecture designs during the planning stages
  • Follow up execution and quality standards all along the project execution
  • Lead the UAT and security test task of the different projects
  • An understanding of technical delivery, technical processes and architecture
  • A good technical, digital and delivery skillset to ensure mobile and digital delivery of products and services
  • Information Risk Assessment (15%)

  • Knowledge of Information Risk Assessment Form is required
  • Identify Risk target for each digital initiative and provide the solution to reduce the risk
  • Work closely with IT and IRM department to deliver the IRA form.
  • Job Requirement :

  • University degree in IT, Programming or Computer Science.
  • At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience as Business Analyst, IT Project management or related areas
  • Confident in working with IT on Business Requirements capture. Proven success in design, development and digital marketing initiatives
  • An understanding of digital marketing and selling, a vision for its growth, and a commitment to apply this in the insurance industry
  • Good technical, digital and delivery skillset is preferred
